I didn't look too closely at E-P2 since it has no value add for me over E-P1, but I think the difference is in the accessories. Believe existing pancake lens and flashes are silver not black which is where the difference is.

The Viewfinder is awesome. Much brighter and larger then the ones of the E-510 or even the E-30. It makes manual focusing a pleasure :D
