Yeah to be blunt, this sort of question is not a really good one. Obviously if all other factors stay constant, theres no reason that more megapixels would be worse, so the obvious answer is the larger one. However in the real world more megapixels crammed in an area the same size yields higher noise. But then again, as technology moves forward, advancements allow for higher pixel density without negative effect on image quality. If you ask me, theres no real need for any more than 8 megapixels. Upgrading to a camera just for a greater pixel count is never worth it IMO.
