Hey guys,

I have an Olympus Sp560 and recently I got an Olympus XD card that lets me take panoramas using hte Master Software. I tired it out and its been hit and miss. Do you guys have any experience or tips with using this function cause I want to take more panorama shots.

Also if there are better ways of taking panorama shots please let me know.

Thanks

What to say about it....
I think you have to go from left to right when you make the photo's, if you go from right to left, the program cannot fit the images together. I did it once from right to left and managed to make it work by mirroring the photo's and than mirror the end result again of course.

Further make sure you keep the same level when taking the pictures.

As alternative u can use photoshop. It does not mind about the order in which u took the photo's.

Hans

On my E520 I can select the direction- left to right, right to left, even top down and bottome up.

If you use longer focal length, the stitched image will produce less distortion.
