Does any body know where to get a fisheye lens for the Nikon D40?

Kriss, you can find the shops selling any camera equipment at the following site:

The fisheye that's designed for Nikon DSLRs is the Nikkor AF DX 10.5mm f/2.8G ED and there are some prices and stores here:

It's not an AF-S which means it won't autofocus on your D40 (or the D40x), but it'll have so much in focus, it's not a big issue.

The Nikon 10.5mm does not focus automatically on your D40. You have to focus manually

wow thanks guys, uh i looked at one of the links you gave me and the price of the fisheye lens was 500-600$, is there a fisheye lower than that?

There is the Tokina AT-X 10-17mm 3.5-4.5 AF DX Fisheye. But that also is around 500EUR and also does not autofocus on a D40/x
