Ok here they are...go easy on me...these are my first attempts! I really must get a tripod! These were shot in manual mode with various aperture/shutter speed settings, all ISO100- just experimenting really. Oh, and a polarizer would be nice...

Nice try, Tony!

As to your "rotation-problem": In flickr there is an easy function to rotate just above your photo!
But I don't need to, because when downloading, flickr already correctly rotates all my pics. Perhaps you should set your D80 in the system-menu/rotation to "on"?!

And please, work at your signature, so that we all know what equipment you are using...

Nice photos Tony!

I'm a real sucker for photographing tall buildings by getting real close and pointing the camera straight up! I find that some security people don't like you doing it though - try doing it with the former Natwest tower and see how long it takes for someone to come out and tell you to clear off.
