Hi, I've read the reviews of the 70-200 VRIII f4 and it sounds great but is it really a better option than the 2.8vrII? I like the idea of lighter and smaller but will picture quality be as good on my d610? Which would/have you bought?
Cheers
Mick :?

Picture `quality` shouldn't be much/if any different & the VR111 vs VR11 also won't make a lot of difference.
It boils down to weight vs a faster lens & if you need F2.8 which only you can decide. (budget is also a personal thing)
