Hoya is the manufacturer that I use most often.
But are you really sure you need a polarizer? For protecting the front lens against dirt, dust, spray it's recommended to use a clear UV-filter.
Polarizers are very dark, cost much more than a good UV-filter, and swallow about 1-2 stops of light

When buying filters just make sure that the filter-thread (diameter) of the filter is equal to the filter-thread of your lens!
