Hi, was wondering if anyone can help me. I have a nikon d5000, and I want an external flash for photographing events. Mainly close up shots of guests, but some wide shots of everything. I've been looking at the SB400 and SB600 but they seem expensive compared with cheaper alternatives. I had the jessops 360 in mind, given that its only £60 at the moment. I understand its not better than the 600, but I was wondering if it would get the job done and whether I should go for 360 or the sb400? Also people are talking of TTL not being so good? Does anyone know how well it works with the D5000?

Thanks for reading
Josh
