Hai friends i disposed my whole Canon gears, coming back to nikon, decide to go with Nikon D800
Actually, 1 month back i had an offer to exchange my Canon 40D+ EF 24-70+ 70-200 f2.8 IS to Nikon D700+24-70 Then i did lot of surffing and found that the nikon what offered to me is an exceptional piece of gear. I brought my whole canon gear as an used 1 almost an year back. As they inspect my gear they found that there were lot of fungus inside both lens( i was not an expert , didint recognize till that they were infected). so i send my gear to canon india for service. i had been informed by the canon that my both lens were 'brutally" abused before and the inner condition were so bad, but those were awesome out side and frond and back elements were free from dust or any issues. This made me to make a decision that. i am not going to purchase anything as used, camera, car, anything The guy whom sold the gear to me agreed to take back, even if i will loose lot of money, i was happy to get rid of that. (USD 2800-3000 the paid to me) So i decide to go with New nikon D800. already order 1 along with nikon AFS 50mm F1.8 G( hard decision as i was closely monitoring AF 50mm 1.4 D- and ended up with the newer model) The hard part is that, i have to wait 1-3 months to receive it as they have already many booking pending
The focal range i use most is around 70-150. i am like to take picture of people and every thing, and i used my 70-200 with my 40D more than 24-70 As 70-200 f2.8 VR2 is out of my budget, with in few month i can save enough money for a brand new 80-200 D Read many great news about these lens MY question here is All the reviews about 80-200 is with less MP cameras like D700
How that going to perform with this massive D800's 36 mp
Is D 800's in-built motor is as powerful is d700 or d3
i know that D800 is fully weather proofed, and heard that there r no rubber ring in 80-200's mount, will this case any cause to the weather proof Give me some light about the use of 80-200 in Nikon D800 Thanks friends
