The lenses are not limited edition, only the box is.

Lol @ all of you. People don't buy that because it's limited edition. They but it because they make a saving over the individual prices. Saw this posted over on another forum.

Actually he is correct, the pre-order price was lower than buying the lenses separate. The only problem, only 1000 made, and probably like 500 of those will never get touched for taking photos. There is nothing different to the lenses themselves.
