You won't find primes with a motor for the Nikon cameras, that are affordable. You will maybe find macro primes that do have a motor.
Why is this? Because of the way the market works. Those people who do want 50mm primes don't need those to have motors, because their cameras have internal motors to begin with. Those cameras are expensive, and so Nikon and other brands manufacture high quality (expensive) products for those clients.
And then, let's not forget that 50mm primes - internal motor or not - are a market niche, to begin with.
So, there is no reason for Nikon, or any other brand, to produce an item that would only interest a small fraction of the public.
My advice to you (and you are, of course, free do discard it), would be for you to save your money and wait until you do buy that D80, and then get the Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 - a very nice lens.
