I've got a 5D MK II with 24-105 and 17-40mm lenses already and love it. That said, I've recently gotten interested in super slow motion video, which to the best of my knowledge requires a camera with 60fps video capabilities. I could buy the 7D, but am curious if there are any other options on the horizon, either in the way of 5D firmware upgrades or newer Canon cameras that would allow me to (ideally) continue using the two full frame lenses that I have.

60fps isn't exactly super slow mo, you can only drop that down to 2x slowmotion.

For super slow mo on a budget, look at the casio models, namely the ex-f1, I think that can do 1000 fps at a low resolution.

I take pictures so quickly, my highschool was "Continuous High".

How about using PP software, the better ones do a very good job and you can retain full HD quality
