I have a Canon SX1 and the HD video capability is awesome, but in indoor shots I often need additional lighting.
I have a 300 lumen flashlight that I would like to use when I shoot videos, how I could attach it to the camera easily?
Possibly some kind of holder which attaches to the tripod hole?
The flashlight is a MG PLI ww.

You could drive a screw to a piece of wood, and duct-tape the flashlight to that piece of wood? The tripod hole is standardized, so looking up the correct size is simple.

also, welcome to the forums :)
