Hey Phil. I actually find all your other video very instructive. Thanks again for sharing. I am consider myself an intermediate level photographer but I never did anything like portrait so this was a great lesson for me to explore my capability.

I followed your instruction and this is the result I got. All was done on manual settings on the flash.
