Hey ,

Another super clever question.... Can anyone explain if the mobile studio lighting solution on the link will fit my needs ? I need a mobile lighting kit. Will be shooting commercial videos indoors of people doing teaching sessions / presentations. Room is about 20 x 30 feet or so.

I have a Panasonic DMC-GH2 14-140 lens ( f4) which has SUPER low F4 meaning I need good indoor lighting.

Are these on the link only a photo flash or video-lightning lamps ?
I am also in Europe , So should I look out for lights that are 50 Hz ?

To answer your question, any lighting setup will work with any camera, just about. It is just that you will not neccesarily always have guaranteed communication such as TTL/ETTL.

The Panasonic Lumix GH2 has a hot shoe and a built in flash, so you should have no problems syncronising it.

The setup that you linked to is a flash system, which usually have modelling lamps (still light bulbs) within, as you are probably aware of. But as it is a 3rd party setup, you will have to set everything up manually.

I would reccomend purchasing a light/flash meter as this is an essential piece of equipment for measuring the ambient and flash lighting, so that you can set it accordingly.

There are various videos on the internet that will show you how to set it up.
