Camera Labs

Hi guys,
As some of you may know I am about to get a Canon 430ex ii (in fact it has been ordered but due to the many other Christmas shoppers I have no idea when it will arrive). I was searching online for a decent website with lots of information on flash photography, when I stumbled across this website:

I then found out it is written by the same author of a book I was about to buy:

Has anybody read this book? From what I have read of his "preview" page he is a very good and informative writer. Can anyone also recommend any other websites or books they have found useful.
