I am completely new to lighting and studio set ups.

My first question is whats a good size muslin backdrop to get for making an infinity backdrop to shoot full body shots on people?

Second question is the only thing I have right now is continuous lighting source. I have 3 of these

But i wanna shoot portraits and full body work. so can i get away with using these lights for one time? or what do i need to make them work.

I am using fluorescent day lights, could i use an umbrella or soft box on these without burning my house down?

I don't think a 150 watt bulb will burn down the house, but take extra care with allowing air vents between your softbox and that light.

I'd definitely look at a real strobe kit. Cheap options like Falcon eyes (which I use), or the Lastolite kit are very good for the money!
