I went for a rather long walk today (about 4h) to visit difference places here around town, and work on the tilt technique that Ed bloged about. I m very happy with all the photographs if i m going to be honest. Which one do you like the best? I applied the same "type" of pp to the first 3 and then same type of pp to the last two. Quite. It looks eerily similar...I'd like to see that in portrait than a square crop though to get a greater sense of depth. It's good to see you trying a tilted perspective.

Cropping on the lighthouse is too tight and I feel that something is missing from below. The untilted train station image is exactly the same and the crop cuts off the platform which could be used to lead the eye into the frame. I'm not sure on the staircase (which usually indicates something is wrong) and the tilt in the last image doesn't qute work as there are no leading lines.
