Hi Darren,

Some lovely shots, there. Considering that "liver pool" was originally a way of saying "muddy pool" Liverpool has come on a bit over the centuries.

Did you consider cropping out the "join" right at the bottom of the "Bridge at Salford Quays Manchester" shot?

I meet this birttish couple when i was skiin in january and we started to talk about things, my best freind love liverpool the fotball team so he has gone to the extent that he is maybe planning on going to unviersity there and he asked alot about the city of Liverpool- the reply that he got from the couple that (used to live there) was that they said its an awfull place to be, that there are so many ohter nicer placeses in the UK

judgning from these photos i think it looks quite lovley!

well as far as i know, Liverpool has been left for a long time without any major improvements, and due to his very industrial past with the dock and that, but over that last 2 or so years they have been spending millions of pound on a massive regeneration of the city and thing are definatly looking up. in fact it been Europe's capital of culture 2008.

i defiantly love this city for there are many great photo opportunity both at night and during the day. Also the city has has more listed building's than any other city in the uk outside of London, the architecture is stunning.

WOW I can see why they are among your favorite night shots.

They are deliciously clear with great colors and composition.

Very interesting - good work there urdygurdy!

Cheers :-)
