Great shots Guillaume!
Always a pleasure to see the work of a fellow D40-shooter..lol!
All very interesting images. Hard to choose a favorite. I'd say the last six ones..lol..only because the first one is not as clear with details as the following ones.
So what do you think of it? Have you found any noticeable strengths and weaknesses you could name yet, or is it too soon?
The succession of doorways - no. 2 - is the floor slanting a little down and to the right, or might you have tiled the camera a tad?
Good "red meets blue" on the rocks there!
Suitably confusingly modern geometry in the two from the exhibit.
The view with the cable-cars is sharp G.! Good composition.
The stairway to heaven..very nice monochromatic image. Although it's hard to tell at this size, maybe a step or two down in exposure bias could give you even more texture-detail on the walls, without sacrificing the bloomy light.
Grenoble - clearly a picture-friendly area to live. Pretty large from the looks of it too. Looking forward to seeing more from around there
Cheers!
