After having chewed on these images for a while I'd like to publish them as a threesome from the old town of Beilngries in Bavaria. Those large old houses and interesting gables really caught my eye and as I was in a little experimental mood I did some post-processing of those images with HDR Efex pro from Nik software. What appealed to me most was the accentuation of the wall and roof structure as well as the tendency towards two-tonedness through the development. I used mostly the same settings for all three images and found it esp. interesting that the brighter parts in the sky and the walls/windows converged to the same (or at least similar) tones. I think HDR Efex brought out some aspects of reality I hadn't observed until now.

So here we go, from complex to simple. Enjoy!

Very nice! My favorite part about the first is how you captured that silhouette under the arc. I also really do like the angle of the third one. You really did do a nice blue on the building on the second.
