I like the last one the best by far. The problem with the first one is there isn't enough going on - most of the image is black. The second image deals with this better, but I like the composition, with that graffiti in the last one, the best.

I would try a longer exposure to make the trails longer on the third

The images are also way too red, try setting your whitebalance colder (lower K).

My fave is the 3rd one too. I think it's because the immobile stone&graffiti contrasts so much with the moving light you're capturing from the road. Poetic!
