Its the first time I use more than 10secs to a photo. Please tell me what do you think. Any comment is welcome!

well, you should use lens hood to prevent flares...

A lens hood is not going to help him since the bright points of light are spread throughout the scene.

As for composition, I think the really bright light on the left of the image ruins it for me. My eyes still hurt just from looking at it :) If you could find a spot where cars are coming towards and going away from you, that could prove interesting as you would then have light trails of two different colours. Yes, it would be a bit cliched but cliched is always a good way to start!

I tought that the car highlights would do the a "moving particle" effect, thats why the picture is in sepia, so that every light had the same color and the brightest part looked like the place were the particle is, and the rest looked like the "road" that the particle would have to go through.
I guess I wasnt as good as I spected :( .
