[Note to forum moderators, put this here 'cause I reckoned that although there were moving cars in this post, i thought cars+road+night/long exposure photography were more urban themes than action.....]

Hi all, I just thought i would share my first light trail photos I made this evening, Just drove up the road to the main (60mph) road at rush hour and took some photos- Here's the really funny bit- people were slowing down as they passed me 'cause they must have thought I was a copper with a speed gun on a tripod or something !!! :D I really should've worn a fluorescent vest as well... aaah brilliant!

phew- sorry about the number of photos, but i liked them all!- best are the ones with rotating beacons- a crane went past and the lorries with their high level lights

would luuurve a bit of C+C

Cheers All!

shutter speeds varied from around 8- 25 sec

as for the 6th photo, I think it was a crane going past that did that with the rotating beacons :D

Cool...great job.
Kinda partial to #8 with the trail intersecting the others.

cheers! what's interesting with no 8 is that you can see where the car was going slower on the slip road 'cause the lights are brighter....
