Hi Jake,

Yeah sure mate, the lighting setup:

1x Studio head set on 1/4 power high camera right (probably 2 - 2 and a half feet above subject) this had a 24" softbox attached.

White reflector positioned very close to left edge of frame angled down to soften the shadows and help illuminate the left side of the glass and can.

Quite a lot of PP:
Crop
Curves layers x 2
Colour balance adjustment layer
Contrast brightness
Cloning of join behind the subjects
Dodge and burn
Light sprinkle of LucisArt filter
Resize
Unsharp Mask
Save for Web

I'm actually gutted now as I should have used this for a challenge entry for "Product Shot" everyone that has given feedback on it over several sites has really liked it. Oh well we live and learn lol

the glass looks delicious, but the can looks a tad saturated to me, great shot, nice lighting. thanks for sharing!

Noceo, in that image I used a curves layer in photoshop to white out the background (by increasing the white end of the curve) and then cleaned up with dodge and clone tools, although I now use a much better technique which is to pull the subject forward and shoot a flash at the background, use a EV+ setting and you will then have an overexposed background meaning much less tidying up work.
