Dont think that will pass building codes eh ?? ;) I like it. Interesting... I like the reflections "inside" the bulb.. Did you notice that ? I have NOT done anything with blurring backgrounds yet, (as I am new at this) , but I do like what you have done.
Personally, ITS A KEEPER !

Interesting composition, nice blurred background.

Seems to me that most of the sky is blown out, though would have to check the picture's histogram to confirm that...
