thanks :) i put a mirror a few centimeter in the water. to make the splash more exaggerated. then the flash (SB400) on cam and a sturdy tripod on remote. so everytime the water hits the water on top of the glass. i press the remote shutter. maybe i did a hundred of shots before i have some few good photos.

try it! its fun hehehehe

oh you had it on camera? when i shot drops it was off-camera, try it like that, if you put it at an angle the shadows are awesome. nice mirror idea, i'll definitely try that out. how did you make the shadows drop steady? i always have problems with that

Those "floaters" are very nice and unusual.
"a mirror a few centimeter in the water": Whoa, where did you come up with this idea?

i wanted to do that :( but the problem is my flash cannot be triggered by my cam. its just a very simple flash hehehehe. try using a mirror. its like magic :) thanks

thanks chief :) im also suprised with this floaters. never imagine droplets would look this wonderful.

for the mirror idea. i just check if it would add bounce to the water with good reflections. so i thought of using the mirror. and it worked well weeeeee

Mirror!!! :D That's very creative of you.
Btw, what do you say?, i nice background on the first series would have been even better.
Think about a solution for off camera lighting as Anel so recommended.
Have a nice day.
Rizwan.
