Full pics

50mm, f/8, 1/100 iso 200
Flash fired, RAW
editing: adjusting white balance -> daylight

Comments: I like this lens, it has edge sharpness that I can't find
in cheaper lens. the f2.8 constant aperture create a pleasing blur.

I realy like this first picture with that funny face the baby makes. Thanks for showing me the pictures.

Did you try the lens in low light photography?

thanks Enche Zein.

I surely can understand that. But if you ever find one or two that you can show me, i'd realy would like that. I think even outside after sunset, you can take pictures without a flash...

Nice lens Enche! I'd like to have a constant aperture F2.8 standard zoom...
Great photos too!

I was tossing up between getting this lens or the 24-70mm L. In the end I couldn't go past the IS and the wider zoom (the fatter wallet also helped). Here are some pictures:

Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris

17mm 1/25 f/2.8 ISO1600

Moet & Chandon Cellars
Image
55mm 1/13 f/2.8 ISO1600 - Taken handheld with the help of IS.

Martini

18mm 1/100 f/2.8 ISO1000

Coastline
Image
17mm 1/60 f/8 ISO100

Fruit

55mm 1/320 f/2.8 ISO400

Overall I am very happy with this lens.
