Camera Labs

Hey guys,
I am new to Photography and am still learning and trying to figure out my camera. But I am learning quickly and have learnt alot form this site, so I was hoping you guys might be able to help me out with a problem.

I was out practicing taking some night shots and i have noticed a problem of light beading throught the lense and into the image, I have attached a link to an image as an example, you can see the beeding in the center of the shot I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to solve this problem, if i need to use a certian type of filter for this.

Any sugestions would be great.
