Camera Labs

Hey Guys!!!

I found an old SLR camera in my house
to be specific it is a Canon EOS 1000f N.
I am going to buy batteries and Film for the Camera
and see how the pictures look.Since im saving up for
a Nikon D80 I thought that this would be some good practice for
me while I wait.



What do you guys think??

Excellent idea!

Definitely do that. Shooting with SLRs is great practice and experience before moving into DSLRs. I still have 3 SLRs in my room, and use them occasionally. Also have my medium formats and large format, view camera here too.

Older 35mm SLRs are quite fun. Shoot with them for fun. It's a challenge, because you don't know how the image will come out until you get the film developed

But yeah, definitely work with the SLR and practice and shoot!

I have a K1000, but ive never used it

was from my dad, but he's now into the digital world

Well I went into my backyard and took about 11 pictures!I do hope they turn out well!!But I believe im gonna get the D80 about Mid-August.

The Specs of this Camera are...

Canon EOS 1000F N with a Canon 18-80mm Lens.
And the ability to go up to 6400 ISO
