Hi…
I have a problem when am using the external flash, most of the time I get annoying shadows .
Is there a way I can eliminate this problem.
Am using:
Canon 5D Mark
Canon flash SpeedLite 430EX ll

It really depends on how you are using the flash. Could you give some more details. If you pointing the flash straight you will often get shadow. This is why some people get flash brackets:

An easier and cheaper way is to try bouncing the light of a surface that isn't straight ahead. A ceiling or wall could be a good idea

No am talking about the shadw created by the flash
