i recently purchased a new camera, a canon a3000 IS, at the moment i am not sure what to think of it, i used to have a canon powershot a460 that i bought about 3 or 4 years ago, all of those photos can be seen in my panoramio album here http://www.panoramio.com/user/4076462
i broke that camera though recently, by mistake so had to get another one, it was between a powershot a495 or a3000 IS
so since i have had my new camera i have been taking many photos, some with the gorilla pod tripod and others just normally
i went to a local park today and took some shots over there and came back with these, i uploaded these as untouched photos so they are about 3mb, you can download the photo to view full size if you need to http://picasaweb.google.com/sarahandkev ... nuary2011#
what i am looking for is criticism, because i am not sure if i am satisfied with the shots or not, sounds strange i know, but is it the camera, or is it the settings that i am using? i think today i left image stabilization on by mistake when using a tripod, not sure if that did me any favours or not?
and for most photos i used the landscape mode, and in some photos i manually adjusted the exposure
or it could be a case of the photos look good but my screen could be too dark, i am not sure what it is, but what is what this post is for
hope to receive many replies, thank you for reading
