I have two third-party batteries and the original Canon. My experience is that the third-party batteries last longer... although that could be unfair because they are also newer.

From your two links, I'd probably go with the Amazon one, since it comes with additional batteries whereas the eBay one doesn't seem to.

Both sellers have good ratings, so I think you're set whichever you choose!
