My question is, what can i use to clean the outer lens? I know there are commercial wipes to clean lenses, glasses etc? will some one help me in this, im new with DSLR cameras and dont want to ruined the lens.

In general, a microfiber cloth + some cleaning fluid for glasses should be all you need. Any local optician should have it, and those are generally cheaper than dedicated photo stores.
