Equus ferus caballus. Domesticated horse (allegedly). It took three days, off and on, before he faced the camera.
Nikon D7000 : 70-300mm VR : f8 : ISO 100 : 1/125.

Here is one from a portfolio I shot a couple of months ago. Still inside the 6 month window. The portfolio was for a friend who had a new puppy. Peppa. I took this one of their other pooch Zoe. Zoe really wasn't interested in the shoot or the little puppy being all cute and cuddly. She was more interested in waiting and watching for her dad to come home.

I dont know if pigeons can be called "domesticated". If you dont think so, then just dont vote for this picture or admin can rule me out - no hard feelings :) :)

There is a dog park just below our house. Sometimes we see some quite interesting dogs. The other day I was walking past and spotted this husky. I think they are the most fantastic looking dog so I got a few shots of it.

Just messing around with my newly acquired Canon SL1 (100D) with its kit lens, the 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 STM. It is a surprisingly decent lens for being an inexpensive 'kit' lens.
Nothing real spectacular about this photo, other than it is a pic of my little buddy who is a kick to have around.
