Sounds good. Did you have PSE 9 before?

No, I only had elements 7, I don't think it'd be worth upgrading from 9.
Biggest 2 difference i've found so far (& i'm a techie dinosaur) is the exposure bkt merge (i'm gonna have to start using the tripod a bit more now  ) & the `Content aware fill, 8) which I didn't have before.

tbh I don't like the PP'ing side of things, :? but realise i'll have to try to get to grips with it.

Are they already out with PSE 10? I'm still using 6, however I'd love to upgrade just for the content aware healing and panorama stitcher.

I went from PSE7 to 9 for the new tricks they put in it. Thankfully there doesn't seem to be in anything in PSE10 to make me jump again. I wonder if I'm setting myself up for a trend of updating every other version?

Anyway, back on topic, I just got a big bag of wild bird seed. Will see if that attracts some interesting birds to my garden.

Evan, yeah I got it delivered directly from Adobe £79. Think it's in the shops in a week or so.
You can pay for updated download, which is cheaper, but my copy of 7 wasn't kosher  so got the disk.
I reckon from 6 to 10 would be worth it.

I have PSE7 for quite some time now but I'm mainly using Paint Shop Pro Photo 11. I prefer it's handling. BUT there are some things it can't do so I think of getting PSE10 for additional use.

I bought a legitimate copy of PSE and PE bundled in store, so upgrading shouldn't be a problem. I'd like to upgrade to CS5 just for full plugin support, but alas, there's only so much money in the world. I want to try Colour Efex pro, but I don't believe that elements supports it, and there's no standalone available. Oh well...

Hi everyone, don't forget I have deals with the Adobe stores, so if you click through to them via the support-us page, you'll help cameralabs - thanks!

Thanks for the reminder, Gordon. I'll take a look as soon as Amazon starts selling PSE 10.
