John, why the Helios? It has wonderful bokeh but..you shot with a small aperture from the looks of it. :?

my 105mm was too long, so was the 85mm, the 50mm was a tad to wide, and I don't have a 60mm. nor will I rent one for the amount of money going back to my wallet.


oh and just so that I could have a bit of fun on these super long repetitive food shoots. there's no point of me taking photos if i'm not having any fun.

paired with some nikkor primes(50mm 1.4 and 85mm 1.4). I suppose I missed the way this thing worked.

I'm not rushing out to get a d7000 anytime soon.
