Hello ALL

I was on flickr Sunday and was looking at the "most resent uploaded photos" page and had seen a photo that I thought was odd so I clicked it.

IT WAS CHILD PORNOGRAPHY :!:  :!:  :!:
there were 25 shots of kids 8-12 years old posing with nothing more then a thong or pice of cloth just covering the groin and 2 shots NUDE :!:  :!:
I did a "people" search to find other member with similar names
I found 5 others and took a look at their pics and had found more of the same shots and same kids (mostly nude boys about 10-12)
IT WAS THE SAME MEMBER :!: :!: :!:
I have reported the member(s) to flickr and they have removed the page's of a some 300 total shots!!!

I feel I should tell EVERYBODY here and ask/tell them to please report anybody that may be doing the same weather it be on flickr or other photography sites.

There is NO art in that kind of photography and is wrong and must put a stop to it :!: :!:

Thanks to ALL who read this and please help put a stop to this :!: :!: :!:

i completely agree.. whats wrong with the people in this world.. its one thing to shoot nude photography.. (which in some cases can be artistic) but to shoot little kids thats just rediculous

Nick is it possible to contact authorities about this because whoever is posting those images is doing it illegally because if those kids are under 18 then thats against the law 110%/

I have called ALL the authorities I can think of and sent e-mails with copies of the pages. At this point it is out of my hands. Sadly, it looks as tho the shots were not taken in the USA(maybe china or japan) and there is almost nothing that the authorities can do here   .

Thanks you ALL for your support and help to put a stop to this.

I don't have kids, but have 4 younger brothers and my landlord has a young girl who I help to take care of, and if anything happened to any of them I don't know what I would do.

Thanks again to ALL of you.

I remember when flickr was given flak for not taking responsibility for its users' work being copied. Hopefully they will take this more seriously.
