Hi everyone!

I was wondering if someone would have an answer to the following. I have taken pictures with my Canon Rebel T3i and I have looked at the pictures taken on the playback on more than one occasion. I looked again on the pictures that I took in my camera and 2 of them said "Cannot playback image" but I was able to always see them before and I can see all the other 300 or so photos. What gives????

That you can see the 300 other photos may be something of a red herring.

Is there any possibility that the affected images were edited and saved back to the memory card?

If you can view the images on your PC through the memory card, my suggestion could be the cause of your problem but if not, you may have a faulty memory card.
