As Gordon said in the Canon Forum that we have quite a few 40D owners here now and he wondered if the 40D was overtaking the D80 in ownership here.
So here is a little fun poll to see.... no need to post but you can if you so wish.
Sorry in advance but obviously only open to 40D or D80 owners

I think that even if the 40D had come out at exactly the same time as my D80 I still wouldnt have got it. The price difference just puts it out of normal realms for my type of use.

Yes you are getting higher specs, but for a 20 year old guy who works part time right now, the d80 suits my budget. :D

I vote already as it seen from my sign, but for me it's strange "competition"
as I thought 40D is competing with D300 but not with D80... :-)

Lets put everyone straight now IT IS NOT A COMPETITION it was put up here by me when Gordon made a remark in another thread that he thought that there were probably more 40D owners than D80 owners on Camera Labs
