My favourits willl probably be the:

24-70 2.8L .. I use it the most, its sharp and quite versitile.
85mm 1.2L II .. I love the bokeh and its very sharp at all apertures.
300mm 2.8L IS ... My sharpest lens, its nice and quick, perfect for wildlife, Normally I use it with the 1,4 Extender,

Because it's all I've been using lately:
Leica DC Vario-Summicron 2.0-3.3/5.1-19.2 ASPH.

Only a couple more months till the 50mm Summilux-M will be my fave though...

My Canon 35mm 1.4L is my most-used lens, both at work and on my own time, and if I have to name a favorite, well, this one is it.

Although I haven't used it nearly enough, I think my Canon EF 85mm f1.8 is probably my favorite lens. My walk-around Sigma 17-70 is my most used lens, but the 85mm focuses faster and quieter and takes cleaner, better photos.
