Dropped it from 2 meters..oops.

Damage report: my popup flash has an identity crisis, as it neither pops up, nor flashes anymore. (the unit kind of broke off).
Battery grip (hahnel/3rd party) busted one battery lock pin, and the edge is very loose.

On the positive side, my fisheye's autofocus ring is now a bit smoother somehow.

Wow that sucks. At least it's not totally fubar though! ;)

Got my first scratch on my 7D not long ago when the tripod tipped. Straight down on asphalt, luckily the tripod was at the absolute lowest so the fall height was very low.

Ouch! :(

Well, to find the good in everything, it is now a true "professional" camera, with no amateurish pop-up flash.

hmm, I think my "old" 40D has a bunch of scratches from long usage xD

the only thing I ever dropped was one of my flashes "580EX II" Dropped it from 1,5m, it survived, nothing broke. It went "bang" on the concrete floor ^^

but luckily ur D90 still works, well who needs the popup flash anyway? :P
