http://www.tazasteleobjetivo.com/

The site is only in spanish and they don't sell directly, but the idea is cool!

I used an old medium format pentax lens for a pencil holder.

This site is in english and they sell them.

http://s.dealextreme.com/search/lens+mug

Have the 70-200 from Canon myself (Lucky me- my brother inlaw ran into a Canon rep). Not the one from this site, but it appears identical.

and I made one of my "crappy" lenses into a Pen holder :)

the Sigma AF 70-300 DG, yes, the one with a lot of CA and super slow and loud focus ^^

it makes it a good rotating pen holder and I use the front element as a magnifying glass :P

and this is a real 300mm f4L IS lens made into a cup http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Charity-Auction-C ... 0d&afsrc=1
by DigiRev

Sold for more than what the lens is actually worth xD
