Snowing, raning, grey stuff falling from the sky. The temprature is just around 0 degrees celcius, so it varies a bit. At the moment the sky is grey, and its cold and windy as hell. Not really a very nice weather for taking pictures.

If you want a snow landscape, why not go shoot one with the 18-55 ?
At f/8 all lenses are practically the same in IQ and if it's not wide enough take several shots and stitch them...

it rained...its forcast snow overnight apparently...yeah I still have my 18-55 I'll use that, but the 10-20 would have given some really nice shots.

Update - stopped snowing again >_< Plenty of it here for now, hopefully its a cold night so it doesn't melt!

Camera got soaked, worked fine though when I was out and it was still snowing, to dark to get any good pictures, just done a stupid thing for myspace and tried to capture the snow falling, didn't work so well though :(

I live in the German alps at an altitude of 1550 mtr. we have snow from october to april, then from one day to another its replaced by a magnitude of spring flowers followed by hot summer weather .... Life here is very livable, snow and mountains is the reason why I moved here in the first place sort of beats the sh*tz out of tropical beaches, but thats all a matter of personal preference I suppose. I take my son to school using a horse sledge large parts of winter

you should try a time lapse that would be pretty cool.. maybe for like an hour or so take pictures every 20 seconds or something then the snow would rise and it would give the effect of snow moving.

Snow all day here in the Borders, it's only just stopped. It was quite wet snow at first but then it got colder and everything's covered now! :D I took a few photos today, I'll probably post them soon.

all the snow has started melting off today but it has been pretty heavy for the last 2 days - no school so my break is even longer but I have to go tommorow then i have a weekend. I haven't managed to get a good shot though and since it is melting I won't get a very good one.

I'm jealous, I'm a snowboarder and its been high 30's to low 40's (degrees C) here in Melbourne Australia so I'm really bored. Its a little hot to even go to the beach, sun block wouldn't help you one bit.
