Yeah so one of my uncles yeeearrs ago bought this from some guy who he knew and eventually he sold it to one of my other aunties. Now that i'm into photography my auntie wondered if it would be any good to me, for a price of course (Rofl)

So I'm going to get some film from my photography teacher tomorrow, test out some of the kit and see how it goes.

I got the camera, this winder thingy, flashgun which works (not so well) on my 350D, er a 80mm macro lens, another 50mm lens, extention tubes and a 2x tele-converter and a few other things.

Heres a picture of the camera.

I'm off to watch Top Gear - Lewis Vs. Stig - I'll post a shot of all the equitment after that.

Anyway how much would you say its worth roughly?

Interesting piece of kit. Don't know much about old film cameras so can't help you there I'm afraid.

*Off Topic*
Lewis is insanely fast, huh? :D

Interesting kit. There's something satisfying about using stuff like that.
By the way, excuse my ignorance, but what's an extension tube?
Cheers

Putting an extension tube between the cam and your lens makes the lens focus much closer and increase the magnification significantly.
Unfortunately not many lenses are coreected for such an extension so IQ is suffering...

Yeah, both extension tubes and tele-converters degrade image quality somewhat, although since tele-converters actually contain glass elements, the better quality one you buy the less reduction in image quality there will be - no such luck for extension tubes though!

I'm not buying it now :D - I'm just gonna get a Canon Film camera so I can use all my EF lenses on it :)
