Anyone here checked out Photosynth yet? I just saw a preview of it on "Click", the BBC tech programme. I like the look of it but I can't help thinking it's a bit of a gimmick? If you haven't already checked it out go to the address below. Be warned, you need a pretty decent PC and more importantly, a fast connection.

I'm currently at an account my uncle does some work for (40+ computers and 3 servers to maintiain, along with 15 years of accounts) so I can't currently comment, but i'll give a swing tomorrow.

(I say tomorrow because its a good bet we will be here past midnight, bloody servers >_<)
