Hello all,

I got contacted by this real-estate company, they're looking for a photographer for virtual visit.

The picture that helped me foot in the door is the following. I need to know what do you think about it. Why would this photo make me a potential candidate. In my opinion this photo is not that good at all. I'm really confused on how some like this kind or that kind of photos?
I really need your help... my interview is friday (and I'm getting a wisdom tooth pooled out tomorrow morning, I wonder how I'll look on friday)

I can only suggest looking up real estate magazines and see what is the current shooting shows, Here every internal/outside is bright and light from PP.

Good Luck :)

Cheers

Being in Real Estate myself, it is a nice photo, wide angle lens, building right in the centre, blue skies etc. Its all about making the property look nicer and bigger than it actually is. Of course it has to be well presented otherwise not a lot you can do. Wide Angle, getting your angles right and being creative are the keys for photos in Real Estate.

A lot will come down to price, as these are costs which either the vendor or company will need to take on board.
