I recently bought a book called Focus on Profit by Tom Zimberoff. It comes with a CD (outdated, you have to go to his website and join a Yahoo group to get the program for OS X) that has a program called PhotoByte.
The program looks complex, but claims to be a turnkey operation for tracking your business, generating documents worded to protect the photographer vis a vis copyright and contract issues, and guaranteeing profitability.
Googling hasn't brought much in the way of instructive feedback. I've seen a lot of negative stuff, and the only good things said seem to come from Zimberoff and his followers.
Does anyone know about this program, and what do you have to say about it? Also, does anyone have any recommendations about such programs, say, FotoBiz, which seems to do the same thing?
