the hdr is thrown in only because it shows the dynamic range the D700 can capture in a single shot, which is nothing short of astounding at +-5EV. I've since gone to a much nicer hdr editor called Essential HDR that delivers much more realistic images.

Incredible clarity shooting at that ISO. I didn't see ANY noise lol, I'd struggle to do that at ISO 800.
