The photographs used to analyse the outdoor noise factor in Sony H9 and Olympus SP550UZ look diffrent to me.
The Olympus one looks much better. Is this because of the camera or the change in sunlight between the two photgraphs?

If it is because of the camera can I change some internal setting in Sony H9 to get a similar result?

If you are comparing this page

http://www.cameralabs.com/reviews/SonyH ... oise.shtml

with this page

http://www.cameralabs.com/reviews/Olymp ... e4ca.shtml

then yes, they were taken on different days.

The Sony and FZ8 photos from the first page were taken at the same time.

The Olympus and FZ50 photos on the second page were taken at the same time.

But each page was taken on different days, so there will be variations between them.
